Do I need to install it myself?

No. As long as you have Flash and Acrobat Reader installed no other installation is needed.

How much training is needed to use PROmanager?
We include ½ a days training on purchase and most people are proficient after a couple of days use.

Do I need to be technical to administer and maintain PROmanager?
No. We do all the maintenance needed, data backups, upgrades, etc

Can my non-technical staff use it?
Yes. PROmanager is very easy to use and needs no technical knowledge at all.

Will there be support by phone?
Yes, we have a dedicated support line.

Can I decide who gets email notifications and who does not?
Yes. PROmanager has an administration section to set user rights.

Will PROmanager archive my old orders?
Yes all orders are stored in the database and a PDF copy can be saved to your personal computer.

Can I decide which users can create orders?
Yes you can set user rights to allow/disallow ordering privileges.

How many staff can use PROmanager?
PROmanager has a per user license so you can have as many users as you like.

What if I need to integrate PROmanager with an existing system?
